The class is comprised of interval strength training, isometric holds, and deep, luxuriating stretches, all working to strengthen and lengthen your muscles and develop those shapely lines.
haute HYBRID – Maximize your calorie burn in this 60-minute cardio barre fusion class – This 60-minute workout combines toning and sculpting sections from the haute SHAKE-IT with high-intensity cardio intervals. This class is designed to raise your heart rate, maximize calorie burn, and increase endurance, all while strengthening and shaping your muscles. Bring a towel and water and come ready to sweat!
haute FAB-45 – Pack in the power with a 45-minute express muscle fatigue class – This condensed version of haute SHAKE-IT offers a concentrated, full-body workout in 45 minutes, giving you the opportunity for an intense sculpt-and-burn, all during your lunch hour.
willPower & grace® – Develop graceful and efficient movement in this full-body cardio-sculpting workout. This unique barefoot class incorporates the intensity of boot-camp, the self-awareness of yoga, and the discipline of Pilates and barre. The formatted movement progressions are taught with positive, uplifting philosophy to increase your self-confidence and show you results!
